Mr. Zhang Xuegong serves as the Chairman and General Manager of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief of Human Resources Department; Director of the President's Office of Sinochem Group. Mr. Xuegong also served as the Deputy General Manager; General Manager of the Logistics Business Division of Sinochem International; and Assistant to the General Manager for Sinochem Group cum General Manager of China National Seed Group Co., Ltd. He also served as the Director of Strategic Execution Department of Sinochem Group and Director of Strategic Execution for Sinochem Holdings.

Mr. Qin Jinke serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he held various positions in the company such as General Manager Assistant of Auditing Department, Chief Financial Officer of Sinochem Zhengjiang and Financial Director of Metallurgy & Energy Division; Manager of tax in financial department; General Manager of accounting and tax in financial department; Vice General Manager of financial department; General Manager and Vice Director of Financial Department.

Mr. Chen Lianqing has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Quality Engineer and Technical Engineer of Guangzhou Honda Automobiles. Mr. Lianqing also held various roles as the Technical Sales Engineer, Technical Sales Manager, Operation Manager, General Manager, Asia Pacific Product and Application Development Manager, and China Senior Manager for Licensing at LyondellBasell Group; and Dean of Ningbo High Performance Materials Research Institute and General Manager of Advanced Material Solutions BU in Wanhua Chemical Group.
