Prior to this, he served as the Project Manager and Assistant General Manager of China National Building Materials Industry Construction Suzhou Installation Company. He held various roles at Suzhou Sinoma Construction Co., Ltd, including the Deputy General Manager, Executive Deputy General Manager, and General Manager.

Mr. Zhu Bing is the President and Director of the company. Prior to this, he served as Deputy Director of the Design Branch, Deputy Director, Executive Deputy Director and General Manager of Hefei Cement Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd. He was the Director and Vice President of China National Materials International Engineering Co., Ltd.

Mr. Sui Tongbo is the Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served as Director of Research Office, Director of Institute, and Vice President of China Building Materials Academy.

Mr. Guo Zhengyong is the Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served as Deputy Director and Director of the Overhaul Plant of Yanzhou Mining Engineering Company. Earlier, he was the Manager of the Equipment Department and Assistant General Manager of Yanzhou Mining Engineering Company, and Deputy General Manager and General Manager of Yanzhou Sinoma Construction Co., Ltd.

Ms. Zeng Xuan has been the Vice President and Secretary of the company since 2024. Prior to this, she served as Deputy General Manager and General Manager of CNBM Investment Papua New Guinea Company. She was the Deputy General Manager of the Legal Department (Board Secretary Bureau) of China National Building Materials Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager (in charge) of the Board Secretary Bureau, and General Manager of the Board Secretary Bureau.
