Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Co Ltd: Executives

Mr. Guo Xiaojun has been the Chairman of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Director and the Secretary of the CPC Committee of Sinopec Yizheng Chemical Fibre Limited Liability Company from 20222 to 2024. Mr. Xiaojun also served as the General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of Sinopec Yizheng Chemical Fibre Limited Liability Company from 2019 to 2022. He also served as the Executive Director, Deputy General Manager and Secretary of the Board of Directors of the company from 2017 to 2019.

Mr. Du Jun has been the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Accountant and Director of Sinopec Yangzi Petrochemical Co Ltd. Mr. Jun also served as the Supervisor of BASF-YPC Co Ltd from 2015 to 2020. He also served as a Director of Finance Department of Sinopec Yangzi Petrochemical Co., Ltd

Mr. Huang Xiangyu has been the Vice President and a Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as Deputy Chief Engineer of the Company. He also served as the Chief Engineer of the Acrylic Fiber Department.

Mr. Li Shantao has been the Deputy General Manager of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of the Engineering Department and Deputy Chief Engineer of the company. He also served as the Deputy Manager of the Thermal Power Department at the company.

Mr. Liu Gang has been the Secretary of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager and Deputy Director of the Company's Equipment & Material Procurement Center. He also served as the Deputy Director and Director of the Supply Management Department of the Material Supply company, and the Business Operation Manager of the Commerce Department of Shanghai SECCO.
