Mr. Jin Bin has been the Chairman of the company since December 2025. Prior to this, he served as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Sinopharm Group since April 2025. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Sinopharm Group since November 2022. Mr. Bin also served as the Deputy Director of the Administration Department, Deputy Director of the Office, and Director of the Office at China National Pharmaceutical Group Corporation.

Ms. Li Xiaojuan has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Supervisor of the company since 2016. Previously, she served as the Vice Director of the Investment Management Department, the Vice Director of Auditing Department, the Director of Auditing Department and the Director of Finance Department at CNPGC. Ms. Li also served as the Manager of Finance Department, the Director of Auditing and Supervision Office and the Manager of Auditing Department of China National Pharmaceutical Industry Corporation.
