Mr. Fok Tsun Ting, Timothy has been the Co-Chairman of the company since June 2018. He also serves as the Chairman of SJM Resorts since September 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Director since 2010. Previously, he served as a Member of Legislative Council of Hong Kong, representing Sports, Performing Arts, Culture and Publication functional constituency from 1998 to 2012. Presently, he serves as Chairman of Fok Ying Tung Group and Fok Ying Tung Foundation; Member of the International Olympic Committee; President of the Sports Federation and Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China; President of the Hong Kong Football Association; Vice-President, East Asia of the Olympic Council of Asia.

Ms. Angela Leong On Kei has been the Co-Chairwoman of the company since 2018. She was the Managing Director of SJM from 2010 to 2022 and has been a Director of STDM since 2005. Ms. Leong was a member of the Nomination Committee of the Board from 2008 to 2022 and a member of the Cultural Industries Committee of Macau SAR from 2010 to 2016. She has also held various positions in public service and community organizations.

Mr. Shum Hong Kuen, David has been a Director of the company since 2007. He also serves as a Director of Sociedade de Turismo e Desenvolvimento Insular S.A.R.L. since 1998. He is an Executive Director and a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Shun Tak Holdings Limited. He is also a Director and a Shareholder of STDM.

Ms. Ho Chiu Fung, Daisy has been the Chairwoman of the ompany since 2018. Prior to this, she was elected as a Director of SJM Resorts, S.A. in 2019 and having also held the position of Chairman at SJM from 2019 to 2022. She has held various roles within the company, including Chairman of the Executive Committee and Chairman of the Nomination Committee.

Mr. Tsang On Yip, Patrick has been a Director of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the Co-Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Chow Tai Fook Enterprises Limited. Prior to this, he was the Managing Director and Head of Asia Fixed Income Capital Markets at Deutsche Bank AG, Hong Kong Branch. Mr. Tsang has held various directorships in multiple companies listed on the HKSE Main Board, including Vice-chairman and Executive Director of i-CABLE Communications Limited, Executive Director of UMP Healthcare Holdings Limited, and Chairman and Non-executive Director of Giordano International Limited.
