Mr. So Shu Fai has been the Vice Chairman of SJM Holdings since June 2018. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of the company and as Director of SJM and of the company’s principal subsidiaries. Prior to this, he served as Chairman of SJM from 2013 to March 2019. Previously, he served as member of the 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th National CPCC. Presently, he serves as a Director of China Merchants Land Limited and Estoril-Sol, SGPS, S.A; and Chairman of MACAUPORT-Sociedade de Administracao de Portos, S.A.

Mr. Timothy Fok Tsun Ting has been the Co-Chairman of the company since June 2018. He also serves as the Chairman of SJM Resorts since September 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Director since 2010. Previously, he served as a Member of Legislative Council of Hong Kong, representing Sports, Performing Arts, Culture and Publication functional constituency from 1998 to 2012. Presently, he serves as Chairman of Fok Ying Tung Group and Fok Ying Tung Foundation; Member of the International Olympic Committee; President of the Sports Federation and Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China; President of the Hong Kong Football Association; Vice-President, East Asia of the Olympic Council of Asia.

Ms. Daisy Ho Chiu Fung is the Chairwoman of the company. She also serves as the Managing Director of SJM Resorts of the company since September 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Chairwoman of SJM Resorts from 2019 to 2022.

Ms. Angela Deputada Leong On Kei has been the Co-Chairwoman of the company since June 2018. Previously, she served as the Managing Director of SJM Resorts from 2010 to 2022.

Mr. Christopher Ip has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since December 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Financial Officer of The Hong Kong and Shanghai Hotels. Previously he served in senior management positions at the Jardine Matheson Group, Morgan Stanley, and Deutsche Bank.
