Mr. Robert Greenberg has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 1993. He was the Chairman of the Board and President of L.A. Gear, Inc. from 1979 to 1992. He has over 35 years of experience in branding and product design in the footwear industry.

Mr. David Weinberg has been the Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, and Director of the company since 2006. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2009 to 2017. Earlier, Mr. Weinberg served as the Vice President of Credit and Collections at L.A. Gear from 1989 to 1992.

Mr. Michael Greenberg has been the President and Director of the company since 1992. Previously, he served as Chairman of the company from 1992 to 1993. Mr. Greenberg was the National Sales Manager of L.A. Gear from 1989 to 1992. Prior to that, Mr. Greenberg was the Regional Sales Manager of L.A. Gear for the West Coast from 1986 to 1989, and he was an account representative for the West Coast at L.A. Gear from 1984 to 1986.

Mr. John Vandemore has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2017. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President and Divisional Chief Financial Officer of Mattel, Inc, from 2015 to 2017. He also served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of International Game Technology from 2012 to 2015. Prior to this, Mr. Vandemore held various positions at The Walt Disney Company, AlixPartners, Goldman Sachs, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Ms. Zulema Garcia is the Senior Vice President of Internal Audit at Herbalife Nutrition. Prior to that, she was an audit partner in the Los Angeles office of KPMG LLP for 24 years. She is serving as the Deputy Professional Practice Partner of the South Region. Currently, she serves on the Board of Trustees of Mount St. Mary’s University and on the Board of Directors of The Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Los Angeles.
