Mr. Eddie Capel has been the Chairman of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and President at Manhattan Associates. Prior to this, Mr. Capel served Chief Operations Officer and Vice President, Operations at Real Time Solutions. He also served as the Director of Operations at Unarco Automation. Currently, Mr. Capel serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Manhattan Associates, Inc.

Mr. Tim Larson has been the Director, Chief Executive Officer, and President of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as the Chief Growth Officer of the company in 2021. Prior to this, Mr. Larson served as the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Global Customer Excellence of Polaris Industries. Mr. Larson served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Jostens, Inc.

Mr. Dave McKinstray has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of the company since January 2026. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at WK Kellogg.

Mr. Wade Lyall has been the Chief Sales Officer of the company since June 2026. Previously, he held various roles within the company, including Vice President of Sales and Business Development; Regional Vice President of the South Region; Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing from 2005 to 2012; General Manager at two plants in Georgia from 2002 to 2005; and Sales Manager.

Mr. Alan Robertson has been the Chief Human Resource Officer of the company since August 2025. Previously, he was the Vice President of Human Resources of Pulte Homes.
