Mr. Michael Berman has been the Chairman of the company since 2026. Prior to this, he served as Director from 2018 to 2026. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of MB Capital Associates in 2018. Mr. Berman served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of GGP, Inc., from 2011 to 2018. Previously he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Equity LifeStyle Properties. Currently, he serves as Chief Executive Officer of MB Capital Associates since 2018.

Mr. Tim Larson has been the Director, Chief Executive Officer, and President of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as the Chief Growth Officer of the company in 2021. Prior to this, Mr. Larson served as the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Global Customer Excellence of Polaris Industries from 2013 to 2018. Mr. Larson served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Jostens, Inc. from 2008 to 2013.

Mr. Dave McKinstray has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of the company since January 2026. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at WK Kellogg.

Mr. Wade Lyall has been the Chief Sales Officer of the company since June 2026. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President, Sales and Business Development in 2019. Prior to this, he served as Sales Manager, General Manager, Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Regional Vice President of the South Region and Vice President of Sales and Business Development.

Mr. John Kastanek has been the Chief Customer Experience Officer of the company since June 2026. Previously, he served as Vice President of Marketing and Customer Operations of the company in 2022. Prior to this, he worked at Polaris Industries.
