Ms Christine King has been Chairman of the company since February 2025. Previously, she served as Lead Independent Director from 2019 to 2025. She also served as Executive Chairman of QLogic from August 2015 to August 2016. Previously, she served as a Director and Chief Executive Officer of Standard Microsystems from 2008 to 2012. Prior to Standard Microsystems, Ms. King was Chief Executive Officer of AMI Semiconductor from 200 to 2008. She held various engineering, business, and management positions at IBM, including vice president of semiconductor products from 1973 to 2001.

Mr. Philip G. Brace has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Sierra Wireless Inc. from July 2021 to January 2023. He also served as the Executive Vice President of Veritas Technologies from 2019 to 2021 and President of the Cloud Systems and Silicon Group at Seagate Technology from 2015 to 2017. He began his career at Intel Corp and LSI Corporation holding various engineering and management roles.

Mr. Philip Carter has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since September 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Corporate Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. Previously, he served as the Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of the company.

Mr. Reza Kasnavi has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operations and Technology Officer of the company since 2025. Previously, he served as senior vice president, technology and manufacturing from 2018 to March 2025. He also served as Vice President and General Manager of the open market platforms business unit from 2010 to 2018. Prior to joining Skyworks in 2010, he spent 10 years as an investor and executive with Tallwood Venture Capital, Inphi (IPHI), Axiom Microdevices, Sequoia Communications and Quintic Corporation.
