Chief Executive Officer; Director Executive BoardMr. Shi Chi has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since April 2022. Currently, he serves as a chairman of Skyworth Digital. He also serves as the President of Shenzhen Young Science and Technology Talents Association and the Vice President of Shenzhen Software Industry Association. Previously, he served as the Vice President of China Radio and TV Equipment Industry Association.

Wu Wei
Chief - Engineer; Director Executive BoardMr. Wu Wei has been the Chief Engineer of the company since 2017. Earlier, he also served as Chief Engineer of the TV business unit since February 2009. From January 2005 and February 2009, he served as the Vice President of Skyworth Multimedia (Overseas) Company Limited, concurrently holding the position of General Manager at its Research Center. From May 1997 to January 2005, Mr. Wu held the roles of Deputy Chief Engineer and subsequently Chief Engineer at Shenzhen Chuangwei-RGB Electronics Co., Ltd. He joined the group in May 1997.
