Mr. Robert L. Scott has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as a Consultant of Smith & Wesson from 2004 to 2006; the President of from 1999 to 2002. He also served as the Chairman of Smith & Wesson Corp from 2003 to 2003; and the President of Smith & Wesson Corp from 2001 to 2002. Mr.Scott also served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and the Vice President of Business Development of Smith & Wesson Corp from 1989 to 1999. Prior to this, he served in senior positions with Berkley & Company and Tasco Sales Inc. Previously, he served as a Director of Primos Hunting, a leader in the hunting category, and OPT Holdings, a hunting accessories marketer.

Mr. Mark P. Smith has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as President-manufacturing services of the company and President of manufacturing services of Smith & Wesson Sales company from 2016 to 2020. He also served as the Vice President of Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management from 2011 to 2016 and as the Vice President of Supply Chain Management from 2010 to 2011 at the company. Previously, he served as the Director Supply Chain Solutions of Alvarez & Marsal Business Consulting, LLC from 2007 to 2010. He also held various positions at Ecolab, Inc. from 2001 to 2007. Earlier, Mr. Smith also served as the Production Supervisor for Bell Aromatics from 1999 to 2001.

Ms. Deana L. McPherson has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Treasurer, and Assistant Secretary of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she served as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, Corporate Controller, and Assistant Treasurer of the company from 2017 to 2020. She also served as the Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Assistant Treasurer of the company from 2009 to 2017. Previously, she served as the Corporate Controller from 2007 to 2009. From 2001 to 2007, he served on varied positions including Vice President of Finance for the Heavy Industrial Turbines division at Wood Group PLC. From 1995 to 2001, she served as Accounting Manager of FiberMark DSI, Inc. Prior to this, she served as Auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Mr. Kevin A. Maxwell has been the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Secretary of the company since November 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at WestRock Company from 2016 to 2021. Earlier, he served as the Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Water Products, Inc. from 2010 to 2016.
