Ms. Monica De Virgiliis has been the Chairman of the company since April 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Board of Directors of Saras from 2021 to 2022; Geodis from 2019 to 2021, and Prysmian from 2015 to 2021. Ms. Virgiliis also served as the Chief Strategy Officer of Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission from 2017 to 2019; and Director at Snam from 2016 to 2019. Currently, she serves on the board of ASM International N.V. and Airliquide S.A.

Mr. Stefano Vernier has been the Chief Executive Officer, General Manager and Director of the company since April 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer from 2014 to 2022; General Manager of Development and Energy Markets from 2008 to 2014 and Head of Business Development, Strategic Planning and Regulatory Affairs from 2004 to 2008 at Hera. Mr. Vernier also served as Senior Consultant of Energy, Telecommunications and Automotive fields and Vice President of Energy & Utilities at A.T Kearney from 1996 to 2004 and in positions of increasing responsibility at Eni Group in the areas of Strategic Planning, Market Analysis and Strategic Projects from 1989 to 1996.

Mr. Luca Passa has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Endesa and Head of Administration, Finance and Control for Iberia from 2018 to 2022; Head of Group Investor Relations at Enel from 2015 to 2018. Mr. Passa also served as the Vice President and Head of Investor Relations at Fincantieri in 2014; and Managing Director of Morgan Stanley from 2003 to 2014.

Mr. Umberto Baldi has been the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of the company since June 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Group General Counsel of Luxottica and Co-Secretary of the Board of EssilorLuxottica. Mr. Baldi also served as the General Counsel and Secretary on the Board of Fincantieri; Partner of Tonucci & Partners; General Counsel of Noonday Asset Management, and an Associate of Sullivan & Cromwell.

Mr. Fabrizio Rutschmann has been the Chief People and Corporate Services Officer of the company since April 2024. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Human Resources & Organization Officer and Director at Prysmian Group.
