Mr. Michael Medline has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2017. He also serves as the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Empire Company Limited since 2017. Previously, he held various senior roles in retail leadership roles at Canadian Tire Corporation including the Chief Executive Officer and President. Prior to this, he held several positions at Abitibi Consolidated Inc such as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development from 1994 till 2001. Previously, he served as the Corporate Counsel for PepsiCo Canada.

Mr. Pierre St-Laurent has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he held senior roles in finance, distribution and logistics, retail operations, and business development. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager, Retail Operations & Business Development at Sobeys Quebec.

Mr. Michael Vels is the Chief Development Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. He also serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Empire Company Limited. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for Hydro One. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Transition Officer of Maple Leaf Foods.

Mr. Simon Gagne is the Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. Prior to this role, he served as the Vice President, Human Resources and Internal Communications at the company in 2000. He held various senior management positions with Cabano Transport in both Montreal and Ottawa and with the Montreal Urban Transit system (STM) from 1985 to 1997.
