Mr. Lorenzo Bini Smaghi has been the Chairman at SG since 2014. He also served as the Chairman at Italgas from 2016 to 2019 and as Director at TAGES Holding from 2014 to 2019. Prior to this, Mr. Smaghi served as a Director at ChiantiBanca from 2016 to 2017. He also served as the Chairman at SNAM from 2012 to 2016. Earlier, Mr. Smaghi started his career as an Economist in the Research Department of the company of Italy in 1982.

Mr. Slawomir Krupa has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since May 2023. He also serves as a Director of the company. Prior to this, he served as a Deputy General Manager, Head of the Global Banking and Investor Solutions activities from 2021 to 2023. Previously he served Chief Executive Officer for Societe Generale Americas and Head of Strategy and Corporate Development and CEO of Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa for Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking and Deputy Head of Global Finance roles with in the company.

Ms. Claire Dumas has been the Chief Financial Officer of SG since December 2021. Previously, she served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the Group in September 2017 and Chief Financial Officer of Retail Banking in France in October 2014. She also served as ERM (Entreprise Risk Management) Programme Director for Societe Generale in 2011.

Mr. Vincent Mischler has been the Group Chief Strategy Officer of the company since August 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Managing Director at Citigroup. Previously he served leadership roles at Lehman Brothers.

Mr. Bruno Delas has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since September 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Head of the Innovation and Chief Operating Officer of the bank's retail division at Societe Generale.
