Chairman; Chief Executive Officer Executive BoardMs. Sophie Bellon has been the Chief Executive Officer of Sodexo since March 2022 and is its Chairman since 2016. Prior to this, she served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer of the company. She started her career in 1985 with Credit Lyonnais and joined Sodexo in 1994 as a Senior Analyst in the Group Finance Department. She later served as the Group Vice President of Client Retention in 2005. In 2008, Ms. Bellon was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Services at Sodexo France. She serves as the Director of L’oreal, Association francaise des entreprises privees (AFEP), and Catalyst.
Annick de Vanssay
Group Chief Human Resources Officer Senior ManagementMs. Annick de Vanssay has been the Group Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since April 2022. Prior to this, she served as an Interim Chief Human Resources Officer of the company from August 2021 to March 2022. She served as the Chief Human Resource Officer at Kingfisher. Ms. Vanssay also served as the Senior Vice President of Group HR Strategy and Group Director for Human Resources at Groupe Orange. She started her career with Dassault Electronics as a Project Manager.
David Woodbury

Marc Plumart
