Softchoice Corp: Executives

Mr. Vince De Palma has been the Chairman of the company since May 2023. Prior to this he served as a President, Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company from February 2017 April 2023. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Shred-it and as the President of Pitney Bowes Management Services. Previously, he served as the President of Benefit Services, as well as a Corporate Officer, at Automated Data Processing. Mr. De Palma held various senior level positions with the Petroleum Heat and Power Company (of Stamford, CT) and McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Caprara has been the Chief Executive Officer, and Director of the company since May 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Operating Officer of Softchoice. He joined the company as the Director of Sales and Business Development Operations in 2014. Prior to this, he held various senior positions at McKinsey & Company, also worked as a Sales Territory Manager at Stryker.

Mr. Jonathan Roiter has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since June 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Financial Officer of GoodFood Market and McKinsey & Company. Previously he served as a Chief Operating Officer of Ace Bakery.
