Solitario Resources Corp (Solitario) carries out the exploration and development of precious and base metal properties. Its major projects include Golden Crest Project, The Florida Canyon Zinc Project, Chambara Zinc Property, and Lik Zinc Project. The Florida Canyon Zinc project is approximately 8 km from a paved road that connects coastal northern Peru with the Amazon basin. It consists of 16 concessions comprising 13,300 hectares of mineral rights granted to the company’s subsidiary, Minera Bongara S.A. The company completed 700 meters of tunneling at the property. Solitario owns 39% of the interest in the project. Nexa Resources (Nexa), a partner of the company has initiated drilling with two core rigs at the Florida Canyon Zinc property. The mine has total measured and indicated of 10.6% of Zinc, 1.33% of lead, 15.1% of silver and 12.04% of ZnEq and has total inferred resources of 14.86 of which 9.63% of zinc, 1.26% of lead, 11.3% of silver and 10.89% of ZnEq.
