Mr. Thomas Kremer has been the Chairman of the company since November 2024. Previously, he was also a member of the supervisory board of T-Systems International GmbH from May 2015 to March 2020. Prior to this, he served as Interim Human Resources Director of Deutsche Telekom AG from January 2014 to March 2015.

Mr. Gianbeppi Fortis has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2005. He also serves as a Director of the company’s subsidiaries including Solutions30 Italia, Unit-T BV, and Unit-T Field Services BV. Prior to this, he served as the Consultant and Project Manager at IBM, SITA Equant and Motorola. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of SIRTI France, Kast Telecom and RSL Com in Italy. Mr. Fortis also serves as the Director of GIAS International SA, Pugal International Ltd. Earlier, he held various positions including Chairman, President, General Manager, Director and Managing Director of various companies such as Telima, Sotranasa Televideocom, ICT Field Services BV, Soft Solutions SARL, Digital Business Solutions GMBH, Smartfix30 SA and Immconcept Management SA.

Mr. Luc Brusselaers has been the Chief Revenue Officer of the company since 2019. He also serves as Co-Managing Director of its operations in Germany. Prior to this, he served as the Vice-President of Europe and the Middle East of the Telecom & Technology division of NCR Corp and Managing Director of the Belgian subsidiary of NCR Corp, Vice-President of Customer Service, and Sales Manager of Europe and the Middle East.

Mr. Wojciech Pomykala has been the Chief Operations Officer of the company since 2023. He also serves as the Chairman of several companies including Telima Poland Sp. z o. o, Solutions30 Wschód Sp. z o. o, and Solutions30 Holding Sp. Z o.o, and Chief Executive Officer at Mastery of Management Sp. z o. o. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Solutions30 Mobile Sp. z o. o. He has over 22 years of experience in operations and sales for companies in the telecommunications and energy industries.
