Mr. John R. Haley has been the Chairman of Sonoco since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Vice Chairman of the company's board from 2011 to 2019. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Gosiger Inc. He also served as the Managing Partner and Division Vice President of Gosiger. Currently, Mr. Haley serves as a Director of Ultra-met Carbide Technologies and the Gosiger Foundation.

Mr. R. Howard Coker has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of Sonoco since 2020. Previously, he held various roles at the company including Senior Vice President of Global Paper and Industrial Converted Product; Senior Vice President of Rigid Paper Containers and Paper/Industrial Carriers International; and Group Vice President of Global Rigid Paper and Closures, and Paper and Industrial Converted Products.

Mr. Robert R. Dillard has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since July 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Strategy Officer and Vice President of Corporate Development at the company. Previously, he was the President of Personal Care Europe and Vice President of Strategy and Innovation at Domtar Personal Care, a division of Domtar Corporation.

Mr. Rodger D. Fuller has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he held various position with the company including Executive Vice President of Global Industrial and Consumer; Senior Vice President of Global Consumer Packaging, Display and Packaging and Protective Solutions; and Senior Vice President of Paper/Engineered Carriers U.S./Canada and Display and Packaging. He joined the company in 1985.

Mr. Aditya Gandhi has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since August 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Segment Controller for Consumer Packaging and Senior Director of Technical Accounting at Westrock.
