Ms. Karen Wood has been the Chairman of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she served as the Company Secretary, the Chief People Officer, and the President People and Public Affairs at BHP. She also served as the General Counsel and the Company Secretary at Bonlac Foods Limited. Currently, she serves as a Director of Djerriwarrh Investments Limited.

Mr. Graham Kerr has been the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of BHP from 2011 to 2014. He was the President of Diamonds and Specialty Products at BHP. Earlier, he served as the General Manager Commercial of Iluka Resources Limited.

Ms. Sandy Sibenaler has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Finance at the company. Ms. Sibenaler held various senior finance roles at Woodside and BHP, including the Vice President of Treasury and Insurance, General Manager Logistics, and the Finance Reporting Manager.

Mr. Jason Economidis has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President Operations at Illawarra Metallurgical Coal. Earlier, he served as the Vice President for Coal at Orica Ltd. Previously, Mr. Jason held several senior positions in the mining industry including the General Manager of the Coppabella and Moorvale Complex for Peabody Energy; Chief Operating Officer of Vale Coal Australia; and General Manager of GoonyellaRiverside.

Mr. Noel Pillay has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Operations at Hillside Aluminium in South Africa and in Worsley Alumina. He also served as a Maintenance Engineer at Hillside Aluminium. He also held various roles in Maintenance, Business Improvement, Production, and Human Resources in South Africa and Australia.
