Mr. James Y. Kerr II has been the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer of Southern Company from March 2014 to March 2023.

Ms. Grace Kolvereid is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company. She also is a member of the Southern Company Gas Management Council. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President and GAS comptroller for the company, Managing Director of Corporate Tax for the company, and as Vice President of Corporate Tax for the company. Ms. Kolvereid has also held senior level tax positions at Delta Air Lines Inc. Currently, she also serves as Director at PennEast Pipeline, Horizon Pipeline, and Dalton Pipeline.

Mr. Jay Sutton is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President of Operations Services for the company and Vice President of Engineering Services and Supply Chain Services for the company. Currently Mr. Sutton also serves as a Board Member with Junior Achievement Georgia and the American Gas Association Management Committee.

Ms. Myra Bierria has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, she served as Vice President of Southern Company Services, Corporate Secretary of Southern Company, President of the Southern Company Foundation, and as Vice President and Corporate Secretary for the company, Corporate Governance and Securities Counsel, and Corporate Secretary for the company. Ms. Bierria has also served with Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP. Currently, she also serves as the President of Southern Company Foundation.

Mr. Bryan Batson is the Chief External and Public Affairs Officer and Executive Vice President of External Affairs of the company. Prior to this, he served as President of Atlanta Gas Light and Chattanooga Gas and Senior Vice President for Southern Company Gas. Mr. Batson has also served as Vice President of Commercial Operations, Senior Vice President of Governmental and Regulatory Affairs, Senior Vice President of External Affairs, Vice President of Regulatory Compliance and Affairs, Director of State Regulatory Affairs, Division Engineer, Division Manager and Service Center Manager within the company. Currently, he also serves as a Director at Southern Company Gas’ Charitable Foundation; Central Atlanta Progress; Regional Business Coalition of Metropolitan Atlanta; Council for Quality Growth; and the Georgia Chamber of Commerce.
