Mr. German Larrea Mota-Velasco has been the Chairman of the company since 1999. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from 1999 to 2004. He also served as the Chairman, President and the Chief Executive Officer of Grupo Mexico SAB de CV (Grupo Mexico). He has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Grupo Ferroviario Mexicano SA de CV since 1997. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice Chairman and a Director of Grupo Mexico, and the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of Empresarios Industriales de Mexico SA de CV (EIM) (holding) and Fondo Inmobiliario since 1992.

Mr. Oscar Gonzalez Rocha has been a President and the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2004. He has been a Director of the company since 1999. Prior to this, he served as the President and the Chief Executive Officer of Americas Mining Corporation since November 2014 and the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Asarco LLC since August 2010. Prior to this, Mr. Rocha was the President and General Director and the Chief Operating Officer at the company from 1999 to 2004. He has been a Director at Grupo Mexico since 2002. He also served as General Director at Mexicana de Cobre from 1986 to 1999 and at Buenavista del Cobra, SA de CV from 1990 to 1999. He was an Alternate Director at Grupo Mexico from 1988 to 2002.

Mr. Raul Jacob Ruisanchez has been the Vice President, Finance and the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2013, and the Treasurer since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Comptroller of the company from 2011 until 2013; the Director of Controller and Finance of the Company’s Peruvian Branch; and the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Southern Peru Ltd. Mr. Ruisanchez previously served as the Vice President of the Peruvian National Mining, Oil and Energy Association and President of its mining chapter from 2021 until 2023.

Mr. Xavier Garcia de Quevedo Topete has been a Director of the company since 1999. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2005 until 2015. Mr. Topete served as the President of Infrastructure division and Vice President at Group Mexico. Earlier, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and a President of Southern Copper Minera Mexico from 2001 until 2014, and Americas Mining Corporation from 2007 to 2014. He also served as the Chief Executive officer and Chairman of the Board at Asarco LLC.

Mr. Gilberto Perezalonso Cifuentes has been a Director of the company since 2002. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Gigante, SA de CV, and Blasky. Mr. Cifuentes served as the Chairman of the Board at Volaris Compania de Aviacion, SAPI de CV from 2011 until 2014; the Chief Executive Officer of Corporation Geo, SA de CV from 2006 to 2007, and Aeromexico from 2004 until 2005. He also served as the Executive Vice President of Administration and Finance at Grupo Televisa, SAB. Mr. Cifuentes held various roles at Gruo Cifra, SA de CV from 1980 to 1998.
