Mr. Douglas A. Hacker has been the Chairman of the company since June 2021. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Travelport Worldwide Limited from 2016 to 2019 and Director of SeaCube Container Leasing Ltd from 2010 to 2014. Previously, he served as the President of UAL Loyalty Services at UAL Corporation from 2001 to 2002, and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of UAL from 1999 to 2001. He also served as the Executive Vice President of Strategy for UAL Corporation from 2002 to 2006. Earlier, he served in a variety of finance and planning roles at American Airlines from 1981 to 1993.

Mr. Tony Sarsam has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer at Borden Dairy Co from 2018 to 2020. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer at Ready Pac Foods from 2013 to 2018. Earlier, he served as the President of Nestle USA. He also served as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Operations at Dreyer. Mr. Sarsam held several leadership positions at PepsiCo including Plant Manager, Director of Finance, Region Vice President for Sales and Distribution and Associate Engineer.

Mr. Jason Monaco has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at New Orleans of the company. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Borden Dairy from 2018 to 2020.

Ms. Ileana McAlary has been the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company since November 2023. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President of the company. She also served as the Vice President Associate General Counsel and Compliance Officer at Wolverine World Wide. Prior to this, she held various roles at Meijer, Amway Corp and at the Miller Johnson law firm.

Mr. David Sisk has been the Chief Customer Officer of the company since March 2022 and Executive Vice President of the company since April 2023. Prior to that, he served as the Senior Vice President and President of the military division of the company. Mr. Sisk also served as President and Chief Operating Officer at OSC-WEBco. Earlier, he serverd in various leadership roles at Procter & Gamble.
