Mr. Peter Wright has been the Chief Marketing Officer at the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at IKEA (INGKA). Earlier, he served as Marketing Director at Thorntons and Tesco.

Ms. Pauline Best is the Chief People Officer at Specsavers Optical Group Ltd. Prior to this, she served at Vertu as a Board member. Earlier, she served at Vodafone.

Mr. Nigel Parker is the Chief Strategy and Growth Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2022. He also served as the Chief International Operations Officer and Chief Strategy Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Product Director and Commercial Director for an ophthalmic lenses manufacturing company. He joined the company in 1997.

Mr. Paul Fussey has been the Chief Financial and Commercial Officer of the company since 2017. Previously, he served in positions of finance, tax and treasury, legal, business change and commercial functions of the business at the company since 2009. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director of Australia and New Zealand in 2014. Earlier, Mr. Fussey served as the Finance Director of Boots UK and held various positions in Boots UK including Divisional Finance Director for Supply Chain and Shared Services and as the Managing Director for Boots manufacturing division in the UK, France, Germany, Poland, and the Far East.
