Mr. Peter Platzer has been the Chairman of the company since January 2025. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Platzer served as the Senior Portfolio Manager at Vegasoul Capital, LLC from September 2010 to September 2011, and as a Director of Proprietary Trader at Deutsche Bank AG from July 2007 to December 2010. Previously, he also served as the Head of Quantitative Research at TRG Management LP from May 2003 to July 2007.

Ms. Theresa Condor has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2025. She also serves as the Director of the company. Previously, Ms. Condor was the Chief Operating Officer and Director of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Executive Vice President, and General Manager of Space Services and Earth Intelligence of the company. Previously, she also served as the Executive Vice President, and General Manager of Space Services and Earth Intelligence at Legacy Spire. Earlier, Ms. Condor served as Vice President of Trade Risk Distribution at Citi Group Inc from August 2008 to February 2012.

Ms. Alison Engel has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since April 2025. Previously, she was the Chief Financial Officer of LeaseAccelerator from 2023 to 2024. Prior to this, she was the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Gannett from 2015 to 2020. Prior to that, she worked at DallasNews Corporation from 2008 to 2014.

Mr. Celia Pelaz has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since January 2025. Previously, she held various leadership roles at HENSOLDT AG including as Chief Operating Officer from April 2024 to August 2024, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer from July 2021 to March 2024 and Head of Spectrum Dominance & Airborne Solutions Division from April 2018 to August 2022.

Mr. Boyd Johnson has been the Chief Legal Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of the company since December 2023. Prior to this, he served as the General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer at SPS Commerce. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Merrill Corp. Earlier, Mr. Johnson also served as the General Counsel at MTS Systems Corp.
