Mr. Richard McBee has been the Chairman of the company since January 2024. He also currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of CLEAResult Consulting, Inc. Prior to this, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Riverbed Technology from October 2019 to July 2021 and as President and Chief Executive Officer of Mitel Networks Corporation from January 2011 to October 2019. From 2007 to 2011, he served as President of the Communications and Enterprise Group of Danaher Corporation. Previously, he served as President of Tektronix Communications. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Communications Business Unit; Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, Service and Marketing; and Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Initiatives.

Mr. Paul Stone has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director and President of the company. Prior to this, he served as a President and Chief Operating Officer of Hertz Global Holdings from October 2021 to September 2023. Previously, he served as Interim Chief Executive Officer and on the Board of Directors from May 2020 and October 2021. Mr.Stone served as Executive Vice President and Chief Retail Operations Officer for North America from March 2018 to May 2020 for Hertz. Prior to this, he served as Chief Retail Officer of Cabela’s Inc from November 2015 to December 2017.

Ms. Jennifer Fall Jung has been the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the company since August 2025. Previously, she was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Duckhorn Portfolio, Inc from June 2023 to April 2025. Prior to this, she was the Chief Financial Officer of Funko, Inc from August 2019 to February 2023. Prior to that, she was the Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance and Investor Relations at The Gap, Inc from January 2017 to March 2018. Ms. Jung also served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Old Navy Global Stores and Online from November 2012 to January 2017.

Mr. Michael Simpson is the Chief Information Officer of the company. He has more than 20 years of leadership experience in technology and software development, including 15 years of experience in retail. Previously, Mr. Simpson served in various technology leadership roles at Target Corp.

Ms. Susan Sanderson has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since April 2025. Previously, she was the Senior Vice President of Marketing, E-commerce, and Loyalty of the company.
