Mr. Lim Seng Lee serves as the Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company. Previously, he served as Marketing Manager of the company in 2007. He joined the company in 2003 as a Sales Executive. He took the position of Deputy General Manager in 2008 and also carried out in strategic planning and Corporate Social Responsibility of the Company at the same time. He was promoted to the Group General Manager and in 2011. Earlier, he also served as the Country Representative (Malaysia) of the Asia Middle East Bottled Water Association (ABWA).

Mr. Lim Kok Boon has been a Director and Managing Director of the company since 2000. Prior to this, he served as the President of the Asia Middle East Bottled Water Association. Previously, he served as the President/Consultant of the Asia Middle East Bottled Water Association (ABWA).

Ms. Chong Mee Yoong has been the Deputy General Manager of the company since 2013. Prior to this, she served as the Food Technologist of Chuan Sin Sdn Bhd in 1991.

Mr. Lim A Heng is the Chairman of the company. He serves as the President of both the Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia and the Perak Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as the Chairman of Poi Lam High School, and the President of Perak Hock Kean Association and the Federation of Hokkien Associations of Malaysia. He also serves as the Executive Chairman of Yee Lee Corporation Bhd, the Chairman of Yee Lee Organization Bhd, a director and major shareholder of Yee Lee Corporation Bhd, and a Director of Yee Lee Holdings Sdn Bhd. Mr. Lim A Heng has more than 50 years of experience in the manufacturing and trading of consumer products and edible oils industry.

Mr. Tan Eng Bong has been the Group Production Manager of the company since 2013. Prior to that, he served as Production and Maintenance Manager of the company from 2004 to 2013. Previously, he served as an Engineer for Chuan Sin Sdn Bhd in August 1997.
