Mr. Jack Dorsey has been the Chairman and Head of the company April 2022. Prior to this, he served as r Chief Executive Officer and President from July 2009 to April 2022. Earlier, he served as Head of Square divison of the company. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Twitter, Inc. from May 2007 to October 2008. Mr. Dorsey also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Twitter from July 2015 until November 2021. He also served as on the board of directors of Twitter from May 2007 to May 2022.

Ms. Amrita Ahuja has been the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the company since February 2023. Prior to this, she held various positions at Activision Blizzard, Inc., including as Chief Financial Officer at Blizzard Entertainment, a division of Activision Blizzard from March 2018 to January 2019; Senior Vice President of Investor Relations from January 2015 to May 2018, Vice President, Finance and Operations from 2012 to 2015 and Vice President, Strategy and Business Development from 2010 to 2012. Ms. Ahuja currently serves as a director of Airbnb, Inc. and a privately held company.

Ms Chrysty Esperanza has been the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company since February 2023. Previously, she served as Interim Chief Compliance Officer and BSA/AML Compliance Officer of the company since September 2024 to March 2025. Prior to this, she held various positions within the company including the General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary from June 2021 to February 2023. She also served as Director of San Francisco Friends School and San Francisco Public Library.
