Mr. William C. Stone has been the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 1986. Previously, he served as the President of the company from 1986 to April 1997, and from March 1999 to October 2004. Prior to this, he served as a Director of financial services at KPMG LLP. Earlier, he served as the Vice President of Administration and Special Investment Services at Advest, Inc.

Mr. Brian Schell has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since August 2023. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of Cobe Global Markets from 2028 to 2023. Previously he served as Chief Financial Officer of the tax services, Financial Advisor units and Corporate Treasurer of H&R Block. He also served as an Analyst at JP Morgan & Co. Mr. Brian also worked at the FDIC and KPMG.

Mr. Rahul Kanwar has been the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company since August 2018. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Alternative Assets from September 2017 to August 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Alternative Assets at SS&C Technologies Inc from January 2011 to September 2017. He also served as an Executive Officer and Managing Director of SS&C from 2005 to 2017. Prior to this, Mr. Kanwar was employed at Eisner LLP.

Mr. Anthony Caiafa has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since August 2018. Previously, he served as the Chief Technology Officer of Bloomberg. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Production Engineering at Bloomberg. He also served at DigitalOcean.
