STAG Industrial Inc: Executives

Mr. Larry T Guillemette has been the Chairman of the company. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Amtrol Inc from 2006 to 2017, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2000 to 2006, and Executive Vice President of marketing and business development from 1998 to 2000. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Balcrank Products, Inc.

Mr. William R Crooker has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer, President, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, Mr. Crooker served as Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Capital Markets. Earlier, he served as Chief Accounting Officer for STAG Capital Partners, LLC.

Mr. Matts S Pinard has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President of capital markets and investor relations from 2019 to 2022. Previously, Mr. Pinard served as our Vice President of capital markets and investor relations group from 2015 until 2019.

Mr. Steve T. Kimball has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2025. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President of Real Estate Operations from 2023 to 2025. Prior to this, Mr. Kimball served as an Executive Director at PGIM Real Estate from 2021 to 2023. Earlier, he also served as Managing Director, Head of Operations- East Region, Senior Vice President, Head of Operations- East Region, Senior Vice President and Regional Manager at Prologis, Inc.

Ms. Jaclyn M Paul has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, she served as Vice President and Corporate Controller from 2013 to 2015 and as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller at the company from 2015 to 2020. Ms. Paul also served at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
