Mr. David A. Dunbar has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he was the President of the Valves and Controls global business unit of Pentair Ltd from 2012 to 2014; and President of Valves and Controls, Tyco Flow Control from 2009 to 2012. Mr. Dunbar also several managerial and executive roles at Emerson Electric from 2004 to 2009.

Mr. Ademir Sarcevic has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the company since 2019. Prior to joining Standex, he worked as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for Pentair plc. Mr. Sarcevic had held various other leadership positions with Pentair plc, including Global Controller, Chief Financial Officer of Valves and Controls, Vice President of Corporate Audit. Previously, he worked in several finance, controllership and audit roles at Eisai Inc and Tyco International.

Mr. Sean Valashinas has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President, and Assistant Treasurer of the company since 2007. He has diversified experience in auditing, financial reporting and managerial accounting. Prior to this, he held various managerial positions at The Hershey Company. Previously, he served as a Senior Associate at Pricewaterhouse Coopers.

Mr. Alan J. Glass has been the Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company since April 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of CIRCOR International, Inc. from 2000 to 2016.

Ms. Annemarie Bell has been the Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Human Resources since 2019. Before that, he served as the Vice President of Human Resources for four of Standex’s business segments since 2015.
