Mr. Donald Allan, Jr has been the Chairman of the company since October 1, 2025. Prior to this, he was the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company. Mr. Allan served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2021 to 2022. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2016 to 2021. Mr. Allan served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2010 to 2016. Earlier, he served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2009 to 2010.

Mr. Christopher J. Nelson has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director, and President of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he was the Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, and President of Tools and Outdoor for the company. Previously, Mr. Nelson served leadership roles at Carrier, Toshiba, Riello, and Bryant. Mr. Nelson served as the President of North America HVAC at Carrier Global Corporation.

Mr. Patrick D. Hallinan has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since April 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Fortune Brands. He also served various finance and technology leadership and general management roles at Fortune Brands’ business segments. Prior to this, he served at Booz Allen Hamilton.

Ms. Deborah K. Wintner has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since July 2024. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resource Operations of the company. She also served as the Global Vice President of Human Resources at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc and Vice President of Human Resources at ADM.
