Mr. Douglas K. Ammerman has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. Previously, he held various roles at KPMG LLP including the National Practice Partner, the Managing Partner of the Orange County office, and a member of KPMG’s nominating committee. He served as the President and a Director emeritus of the Pacific Club and Special Assistant to the Secretary of Interior at the Reagan Administration.

Mr. Gordon Johnston has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and a Director of the company since 2018. He served as a Director at ACEC Canada. He has 40 years of private and public sector expertise in the design and project management of infrastructure projects throughout North America and abroad.

Mr. Vito Culmone serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company. He has 35 years of expertise across multiple industries, including airlines, telecommunications, fleet management, and space technology. He serves as a board member at EPCOR.

Mr. Bjorn Morisbak is the Executive Vice President and Chief Corporate Development Officer of the company. Prior to this, he helped in evolution from a primarily Canadian firm to a global company. Mr. Morisbak serves as a member of the Business Advisory Council at Alberta School Of Business and an Honorary Consul for Norway in Northern Alberta.

Mr. John Take serves as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Growth & Innovation Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as an Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta, the AZ Water Association, the Water Environment Federation, and the US Water Alliance.
