Mr. Petros Pappas has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2014. He founded Oceanbulk Maritime S.A. in 1989. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the UK Defense Club.

Mr. Nicos Rescos has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Commercial Director at Oceanbulk Maritime S.A. Mr. Rescos has over 27 years of experience in the shipping industry.

Ms. Charis Plakantonaki has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the company since 2017. Prior to this, she served as the Strategic Projects Manager and Head of Corporate Communications at Thenamaris (Ships Management) Inc. Ms. Plakantonaki also served as Senior Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.

Mr. Hamish Norton serves as the President of the company. Previously, he served as Managing Director and Global Head of the Maritime Group at Jefferies & Company Inc since 2012. Mr. Norton also served as General Partner and Head of shipping at Lazard Freres & Co. He serves as Director of Neptune Lines and the Safariland Group.

Mr. Simos Spyrou has been the Co-Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2011. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Strategic Planning, Communication and Investor Relations at the Hellenic Exchanges Group.
