Mr. Kotaro Sawada has been the Chief Executive Officer and President and Director of the company since September 2019. He also serves as a Director and Chief Executive Officer of ZOZO Next Inc since August 2022. Previously, he served as a Director of Start Today Consulting Co Ltd from May 2008 to June 2013. Prior to this, he served at SKYLIGHT CONSULTING Inc., NTT Data Institute of Management Consulting, Inc. and NTT Data Corporation.

Mr. Koji Yanagisawa has been the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Director of the company since April 2017. He also serves as a Director of ZOZO NEXT Inc since October 2021. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Digital Holdings Inc in March 2020. Previously, he served as a Director of Colopl Inc. He also serves as a Director and General Manager of the Business Administration division of the company. Earlier, he served multiple companies including Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd, NTT Data Institute of Management Consulting, Inc., Fuji Bank, Ltd. (currently Mizuho Bank, Ltd).

Mr. Hirose Fuminori has been the Director and Chief Operation Officer of the company since June 2021. Previously, he served the Executive Officer of the Category Promotion Division of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Officer and General Manager of the EC Business Division and MSP Product Development Division of the company. He was the Executive Officer and General Manager of the Business Administration Division of the company in 2019. He served as the Head of Internal Audit Office of the Company from May 2007 to August 2010. Earlier, he served at Nikko Cordial Securities Inc. (currently SMBC Nikko Securities Inc) and The Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank Ltd. (currently Mizuho Bank, Ltd).
