Mr. Michael E. LaRocco has been the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of AssureStart. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company. Previously, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Safeco Insurance Companies. He also held various management and executive roles at GEICO and Progressive.

Mr. Steven E. English has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2013. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of the company and State Auto Mutual from 2006 to 2013.

Mr. Paul M. Stachura has been a Senior Vice President and Chief Claims and Risk Engineering Officer of the company and State Auto Mutual since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Claims Officer of QBE Holdings, Inc., from May 2013, to September 2015. He also serve as the Chief Claims and Risk Services Officer of Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company from 2005 to 2013.

Mr. Gregory A. Tacchetti has been a Senior Vice President and Chief Information and Strategy Officer of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of AssureStart Insurance Agency LLC, from July 2014 to December 2014, and its Chief Operating Officer from 2011 to 2014. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company from 2008 to 2011.

Mr. David R. Meuse has been a Director of the company since 2006. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Advisor of Stonehenge Partners, Inc. From 1999 to 2016, Mr. Meuse was a Principal of Stonehenge Partners, Inc. Earlier, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Banc One Capital Holdings Corporation from 1990 to 1999.
