Mr. Ronald P. O'Hanley has been the President of the company since 2023, and the Chairman of the company since January 2020. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2019. Prior to this, Mr. O’Hanley served as the Chief Operating Officer and Vice Chairman of the company from 2017 to 2018. Previously, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of State Street Global Advisors between April 2015 and November 2017. Formerly, Mr. O’Hanley served as the President of Asset Management and Corporate Services for Fidelity Investments from 2010 to 2014. Earlier, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of BNY Mellon Asset Management in Boston from 2007 to 2010.

Mr. John F. Woods has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2025. Previously, he served as the Vice Chair and Chief Financial Officer at Citizens Financial Group. Prior to this, he was the Chief Financial Officer of MUFG Americas Holdings Corporation at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group. He also held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Home Lending at JPMorgan Chase. Mr. Woods began his career at Arthur Andersen, where he became a partner in the financial and risk consulting group.

Mr. Mostapha Tahiri has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since January 2024.He also serves as an Executive Vice President of the company. Previously he served as a Head-Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa from April 2023 to December 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Head of Asia Pacific for BNP Paribas Securities Services. He also served as a Head of Institutional Investors & Digital Transformation, Asia Pacific, of BNP Paribas, from 2017 to 2019 and as Chief Executive Officer of BNP Paribas Securities Singapore.

Mr. W. Bradford Hu has been the Chief Risk Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since January 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Risk Officer at Citigroup from January 2013 to December 2020. Prior to this, he worked with Morgan Stanley and held leadership position at Global Equity, Global Capital Markets, and Investment Banking divisions.

Ms. Yvette Hollingsworth Clark has been the Global Chief Compliance Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since October 2022.Previously, she served as Head of compliance for Google’s Consumer Trust business. Prior to this, she worked as an Executive Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Wells Fargo. She also held various leadership position at Barclays Capital, Citigroup and Wells Fargo.
