Mr. Robert B. Kelly has been the Chief Executive Officer, Founder, Managing Director, and a Director of the company since 1996. He also serves as the Chairman of the ACORD Board and is also a Director of ASX-listed Johns Lyng Group Limited and not-for-profit organization, KidsXpress. He has over 52 years of experience in insurance industry.

Mr. Stephen Humphrys has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2013. He has more than 30 years’ experience as a Chartered Accountant and extensive experience in acquisitions and integrations. Previously, he worked for Moore Stephens Sydney as Managing Director for 10 years and Chairman of Moore Stephens Australasia for three years.

Mr. Nigel Fitzgerald has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2023. He has over 25 years in leading profitable and strategically dynamic businesses on a global basis. Prior to Steadfast, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director for AIG and Fairfax Financial and Senior Executive roles for Liberty International Underwriters.

Mr. Munashe Bhowa is the Chief Risk Officer of the company. He joined Steadfast in February 2016 and has over 15 years' experience in audit (internal and external), risk management and compliance. He worked at Ernst & Young.

Ms. Samantha has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since September 2016. She has over has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. She sits on the unisonSteadfast Supervisory Board.
