Mr. Joseph A. Cutillo has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, an Executive Vice President, the Chief Business Development Officer, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. He served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Inland Pipe Rehabilitation LLC from 2008 to 2015. Currently, Mr. Cutillo serves on the Advisory Board of Commonwealth LNG, LLC, and as a Director of the American Road and Transportation Builders Association.

Mr. Ronald A. Ballschmiede has been the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer and an Executive Vice President of the company since 2015. He served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of Chicago Bridge & Iron Company N.V.

Mr. Wolf has been the General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of US Well Services, Inc. Mr. Wolf served as the Vice President of Legal at TechnipFMC from 2017 to 2019. Previously, he served as the Deputy General Counsel of FMC. Technologies, Inc. from 2015 to 2017.

Mr. Thomas M. White has been the Chairman of the company since 2019. He served as the Executive Chairman of Cardinal Logistics Holdings, LLC from 2015 to 2019. Previously, he served as an Oprating Partner for Apollo Global Management L.P. from 2007 to 2014. Mr. White served as the Chief Financial Officer of Hub Group, Inc from 2002 to 2007. Prior to this, he served as an audit partner with Arthur Andersen in 1979. Currently, he serves as a Director of JPW Holdings GP LLC. He served as the board of Reddy Ice Holdings, Inc., and Landauer, Inc, FTD Group, Inc, and Quality Distribution, Inc. He served on the audit committees of the then privately held boards of CEVA Logistics, plc and EVERTEC, Inc.
