Mr. Edward R. Rosenfeld has been the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2008. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Peter J. Solomon Company. Mr. Rosenfeld joined the company in May 2005. Mr. Rosenfeld also served as a Director and Chairman of the Audit & Risk Management committee of PVH Corp. from March 2013 to December 2023.

Mr. Zine Mazouzi has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President for Finance and Operations of the company from 2019 to 2021. Previously, Mr. Mazouzi served in various leadership roles at Sears Holdings Corp, including Head of the Footwear, Home and Jewelry Groups from 2018 to 2019, Head of the Footwear Group from 2017 to 2018 and Chief Financial Officer of Sears Footwear Group from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, he worked at Nine West Group from 1998 to 2015, where he served in various senior positions, including Chief Financial Officer from 2014 to 2015.

Ms. Karla Frieders has been the Chief Merchandising Officer of the company since 2015. Previously, she served as the President of Retail at the company from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, she served as the Vice President of Retail at the company from 2009 to 2013. Ms. Frieders joined the company in 1999 and held various buying positions since then.
