Mr. Tarun Gupta has been the Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he held various roles including the Chief Executive Officer, Group Head of Investment Management, Chief Investment Officer of Asia Pacific, Fund Manager, Australian Prime Property Funds of the Australian property company.

Mr. Josh McHutchison has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since August 2025. Prior to this, he held various positions at Lendlease including the Chief Financial Officer of Sydney Airport and the Americas business, the Managing Director of Australian funds management platform, and the Chief Operating Officer of property business in Australia. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of UK based Arqiva Limited, and the Managing Director of Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Estate Assets in London.

Mr. Justin Louis has been the Chief Investment Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as an Australian Managing Director of Real Estate and Real Assets at the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB). Mr. Louis also served as the General Manager of Investment Operations for Asia at Lendlease.

Ms. Gill Rees has been the Chief People & Stakeholder Engagement Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, she served as the Global Head of Human Resource at Chartered Standard Bank and an Executive General Manager of People and Culture at Commonwealth Bank in Australia.

Ms. Sharmila Tsourdalakis serves as the Chief Customer and Digital Officer at the company. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Innovation, Marketing and Technology Officer of the company. She also worked as an Executive General Manager of Banking and Wealth Technology and Portfolio Management at Suncorp, and the Chief Information Officer at the GPT Group.
