Mr. Kevin A. Lobo has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the company since 2012. Prior to this, he served as the President, Orthopaedics. Mr. Lobo also woked at Johnson & Johnson in various senior leadership roles, including the worldwide President of Ethicon Endo-Surgery. He served as the President of J&J Medical Products Canada and as the Vice President of finance for Consumer and Specialty Pharmaceuticals and Ortho Women’s Health & Urology at McNeil.

Mr. Glenn S. Boehnlein has been the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer for MedSurg & Neurotechnology since 2011. He has also served as the Vice President of Finance and IT for Stryker's Endoscopy division since 2003; and at Success TV as the Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. William E. Berry Jr. has been the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Corporate Controller of the company since August 2011; Assistant Corporate Controller of Whirlpool Corp; Controller of the Electronics and Safety Division of Delphi Automotive LLP from 2007 to 2009; and Director of Finance for global powertrain at Federal-Mogul Corp. He has also worked at Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Mr. Alan Douville has been the Vice President, Chief Information Officer, and Chief Security Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Global Information Systems Operations and Security, and Chief Information Officer of North America at Whirlpool Corp; and Senior Vice President of IT with Diageo PLC.

Mr. Robert S. Fletcher has been the Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Worldwide Vice President for Litigation. Mr. Fletcher also served as Corporate Counsel for General Electric Aircraft Engines. Before that, he was in private legal practice in the corporate and real estate department at Ohio law firm Katz Teller.
