Mr. John A. Cosentino, Jr. has been Chairman of the company since January 2025. Previously, he served as Lead Vice-Chairman, Lead Director, and Vice-Chairman of the company since April 2010 to December 2024. Prior to this, he served as Group Executive of the Danaher Corporation from 1987 to 1990; President of the Otis Elevator-North America division of United Technologies from 1990 to 1993; Vice President-Operations of the Stanley Works from 1997 to 1999; President and Co-owner of PCI Group, Inc. and Rau Fastener, LLC from 1993 to 1996. Earlier, he served as Director of Wiremold Company from 1991 to 2000, Vice-Chairman of Primary Steel LLC from 2005 to 2007, Chairman of North American Specialty Glass LLC from 2005 to 2012; Director of the Bilco Company from 2007 to 2016; Director of Whitcraft LLC from 2011 to 2017; Director of Addaero LLC from 2014 to 2019; Director of Flux Power Holdings, Inc. from 2020-2022 and Director of Simonds International, Inc. from 2001 to 2023.

Mr. Todd W. Seyfert has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of FeraDyne Outdoors, LLC. Prior to that, he served as Group Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Distribution for ATK Sporting Group from March 2013 to February 2015. He also held key leadership roles in several other manufacturing and consumer goods companies like Magnum Research, Bushnell, Michaels of Oregon, and Birchwood Laboratories.

Thomas A. Dineen has been Senior Vice President of the company since July, 2017. Previously he served as Vice President of the company since May 2006. Prior to that he served as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of the company since May, 2003 and had been Assistant Controller since 2001. Mr. Dineen joined the Company as Manager, Corporate Accounting in 1997.

Mr. Andrew Wieland has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 2026. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Finance and Controller of Eaton Electrical Sector America, Assemblies and Residential Solutions Group.

Mr. Ronald C. Whitaker has been the Chairman of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as a Board member of Global Brass and Copper Holdings, Inc. from 2011 to 2019, President and Chief Executive Officer of Hyco International from 2003 to 2011. Previously, he served as the Chairman of the Indiana University Manufacturing Policy Initiative at the School of Public and Environmental Affairs from 2017 to 2020. Mr. Whitaker also worked as a Board of Payne & Dolan, and a Board member of Pangborn Corporation from 2006 to 2015. Earlier, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President from 2000 to 2003 of Strategic Distribution, Inc, and Johnson Outdoors from 1996 to 2000, and Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President at Colt’s Manufacturing Co., Inc. from 1992 to 1995. Mr. Whitaker also worked as a Director of Firearms Training Systems, Group Decco, Michigan Seamless Tube, Precision Navigation, Inc.; Weirton Steel Corporation and Code Alarm.
