Mr. Ronald C. Whitaker has been the Chairman of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he has been Ruger's Director since 2006 and also served as Chairman of the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee and the Compensation Committee, and as a member of the Audit Committee. He held various positions such as the Chairman of Compensation Committee, and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees in the company.

Mr. John A. Cosentino, Jr. has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2010. He also serves as a Director of Addaero LLC since 2014, and Chairman of the Board of Habco Industries LLC since 2012, the Partner of Ironwood Manufacturing Fund LP since 2002, a Director of Simonds International Inc since 2001. He also served as a Director at Whitcraft LLC from 2011 to 2017. Prior to this, he served as a Director at the Bilco Company from 2007 to 2016, the Chairman at North American Specialty Glass LLC from 2005 to 2012, the Vice Chairman at Primary Steel LLC from 2005 to 2007, and a Director at the Wiremold Company from 1991 to 2000.

Mr. Michael O. Fifer has been the Vice-Chairman of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2006 to 2017. Additionally, he served as the President of the company from 2008 to 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and President of Engineered Products at Mueller Industries Inc from 2003 to 2006, the President of North American Operations at Watts Industries Inc from 1998 to 2002. From 1994 to 1998, he served as the President of various Watts Industries divisions. He also served as the Board of Directors and Audit, Compensation and Special Committees at Conbraco Industries from 2003 to 2006.

Mr. Christopher J. Killoy has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company from 2014 to 2017. Previously, he served as Executive Director and Vice President of Sales and Marketing of the company from 2003 to 2005. Earlier, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Smith & Wesson. He also served as Vice President and General Manager of Savage Range Systems from 2005 to 2006. Mr. Killoy also serves a member of the Board of Directors of Velocity Outdoor.

Mr. Thomas A. Dineen has been the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company since July 2017. Prior to this, he served as an Assistant Controller from 2001 to 2003. He joined the company as the Manager, Corporate Accounting in 1997. Previously, he served as Audit Manager at KPMG LLP.
