Mr. Ulrik Bengtsson has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of UK-based gaming group William Hill plc. Mr. Ulrik also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Swedish-listed online gaming group Betsson AB, a leading global betting and gaming operator, where he doubled revenue within five years and completed multiple acquisitions.

Mr. Norman Basthdaw has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the company since 2017. Prior to this, Mr. Norman was the Group Executive of Mergers and Acquisitions at Sun International since March 2013. He also worked as Senior Corporate Finance and Finance Positions at, among others, Absa Bank Limited, Gensec Bank Limited, Genbel Securities Limited and Allied Electronics Corporation Limited. He has also Been Instrumental in Sun International’s expansion into Latin America.

Mr. Leslie Peters has been the Chief Technology and Product Officer of the company since November 2025.

Mr. Sam Sithole is the Chairman of the company since June 2018. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer and C0-founder of Value Capital Partners Pty Limited (‘VCP’). Prior to this, he served as the Executive Director – Capital & Treasury and the Financial Director of the Brait Group. Previously, he also worked at Deloitte.

Mr. Graham Dempster has been a Director of the company since 2017. He also serves as a Director of Imperial Holdings Limited, Telkom SA SOC Limited and AECI Limited and the Chairman of Long4life Limited. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Nedbank Group Limited and has over 35 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry in South Africa and internationally.
