Mr. Steve Johnston has been the Group Chief Executive Officer, Director and Managing director of the group since September 2019. Prior to this, he served as Acting Group Chief Executive Officer of the group. He also served as a Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Executive General Manager Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs of the group. Previously, he served as General Manager Corporate and Government Relations at Telstra.

Ms. Lisa Harrison has been the Chief Executive Officer of Insurance Product & Portfolio of the group since July 2020. Previously, she served as the Chief Customer and Digital Officer of the group. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Program Excellence Officer at the group from July 2017 to August 2019. Previously, she served as the Executive General Manager of Insurance Operations of the group from March 2016 to June 2017. Ms. Lisa Harrison also held various other senior roles at Suncorp including Executive General Manager of Customer Distribution, and Head of General Insurance Brand and Marketing. Prior to joining Suncorp, she worked with Commonwealth Bank and Royal & Sun Alliance.

Mr. Clive van Horen has been the Chief Executive Officer of Banking & Wealth of the group since August 2020. Prior to this, he served at at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Previously, he served in various senior roles in banking, consulting, and public policy in South Africa and Australia.

Mr. Jeremy Robson has been the Chief Financial Officer of the group since December 2019. Prior to this, he served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the group. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer for Suncorp Life. Earlier he served at KPMG, AXA, and ANZ.

Ms. Bridget Messer has been the Group Chief Risk Officer of the group since January 2022. Previously, she served as an Executive Director, Chief Commercial Officer, Global Head of Compliance, and General Counsel at IG Group Holdings.
