Mr. Ray W. Washburne has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. He served as the President and the Chief Executive Officer of Charter Holdings, Inc. Prior to this, he served as the President and the Chief Executive Officer of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) from 2017 to 2019. Mr. Washburne also served as Board of Directors of Veritex Holdings Inc from 2000 to 2017.

Mr. Joseph Kim has been the President, the Director and the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2018. He also serves as a Director of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Kim served as the President and the Chief Operating Officer from June 2017 to December 2017 and, as a Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer at Sunoco from 2015 to 2017. Mr. Kim held various executive positions, including Chief Operating Officer for Pizza Hut and Senior Vice President of Retail Strategy and Growth for Valero Energy.

Mr. Dylan A. Bramhall has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. He also served as the Group Chief Financial Officer of Energy Transfer's General Partner. Mr. Bramhall also serves as a Member of Energy Transfer's Risk Oversight Committee and is on the Board of Directors for Permian Express Partners.

Mr. Karl R. Fails has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of the company from 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of the company from 2019 to 2021. He served as the Chief Commercial Officer from 2018 to 2019. Mr. Fails was also the Executive Vice President of Supply & Trading from 2017 to 2018. He was also held various other leadership positions during his tenure at the Partnership and Sunoco, Inc. Prior to Sunoco, Mr. Fails served in various operations and engineering roles in the refining business for both Valero Energy and Exxon.

Mr. Brian A. Hand has been the Executive Vice President and the Chief Sales Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he was also the Senior Vice President and Chief Sales Officer of the company from 2020 to 2024. He served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Development & Marketing Officer, General Partner at the company. Prior to this, Mr. Hand served as the Chief Procurement Officer at various Partnership subsidiaries and also held various other leadership positions during his tenure with the Partnership and Sunoco. Prior to joining Sunoco, he served in various leadership positions at Hewlett Packard, Blockbuster, Inc. and Cingular Wireless.
