Mr. Ray W. Washburne has been the Chairman of Sunoco since April 2022. Prior to this, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Charter Holdings, Inc. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) from 2017 to 2019. Mr. Ray W. Washburne also served as board of directors of Veritex Holdings, Inc from 2000 to 2017.

Mr. Joseph Kim is the Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Sunoco from January 2018. Prior to this, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer from June 2017 to December 2017 and as Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer from October 2015 to 2017. Prior to joining the Partnership, Mr. Kim held various executive positions, including Chief Operating Officer for Pizza Hut and Senior Vice President of Retail Strategy and Growth for Valero Energy.

Mr. Dylan Bramhall has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this role, he served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Energy Transfer. He also serves as a member of Energy Transfer's Risk Oversight Committee and is on the board of directors for Permian Express Partners.

Mr. Brian Hand has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Sales Officer of Sunoco since April 2020. He also served as Senior Vice President, Chief Development & Marketing Officer of our General Partner in the company since February 2018. Prior to this, he served as Chief Procurement Officer at various Partnership subsidiaries and also held various other leadership positions during his tenure with the Partnership and Sunoco. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Hand served in various leadership positions at Hewlett Packard, Blockbuster, Inc. and Cingular Wireless.

Ms. Alison C. Gladwin has been the Senior Vice President, Marketing & Administration since 2017. Prior to joining Sunoco, she was employed at Yum! Brands, Cisco Systems and Motorola and held various marketing and finance roles.
