Mr. Alan D. Ferber has been the Chairman of the company since July 2026. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Jackson Hewitt Tax Services from 2017 to 2020. Previously, he served as the President of Residential at ADT Inc from 2013 to 2016 and also held the positions of Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Officer for ADT. Mr. Ferber served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Strategy and Brand Officer of US Cellular (now Array Digital Infrastructure) from 2001 to 2012.

Ms. Mary Powell has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since August 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Green Mountain Power Corporation (GMP) from 2008 to 2019. Previously, she also served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer from 2001 to 2008, and Senior Vice President of Customer and Organizational Development from 1999 to 2001 of GMP.

Mr. Danny Abajian has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served in many leadership roles within the company's Project Finance organization, including Senior Vice President from April 2020 to June 2022, Vice President from February 2016 to April 2020, Senior Director from August 2013 to February 2016, and Director from July 2010 to August 2013.

Mr. Patrick Kent serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Operations of the company. Prior to joining Sunrun, Mr. Kent worked at a channel partner of Sunrun's (Verengo), and was the President and Founder of Next Step Racing.

Mr. Rachit Srivastava has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since December 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Artificial Intelligence. Mr. Srivastava worked on machine learning initiatives at Cockroach Labs, where he received advance distributed SQL database solutions across multiple consumer-facing industries.
