Mr. Douglas M. Pasquale has been the Chairman of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2021 to 2022. Mr. Pasquale also served as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Capstone Enterprises Corp. Previously, he held various roles at Nationwide Health Properties including the Chairman from 2009 to 2011; the President and Chief Executive Officer from 2004 until 2011; an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2003 to 2004; and a Director from 2003 to 2011. He was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at ARV Assisted Living Inc from 1998 to 2003; and President and Chief Executive Officer at Atria Senior Living Group Inc. He also served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Richfield Hospitality Services Inc and Regal Hotels International- North America from 1996 to 1998; and the Chief Financial Officer from 1994 to 1996. Currently, he serves as a Director of Alexander and Baldwin Inc.

Mr. Bryan Giglia has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Mr. Giglia also held various roles at the company, including Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance. He joined the company as a Financial Analyst and also served as the Director of Finance from 2005 to 2007. Earlier, Mr. Giglia also held several positions at Hilton Hotels Corporation.

Mr. Aaron R. Reyes has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Corporate Finance, and a Treasurer of the company from 2021 to 2022. Mr. Reyes served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at the company.

Mr. Robert C. Springer has been the President and Chief Investment Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of the company from 2013 to 2016 and the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions from 2011 until 2013. Mr. Springer also served as the Vice President of the Merchant Banking Division at Goldman, Sachs & Co. He also worked at Host Hotels & Resorts in the Feasibility and Acquisitions groups from 2004 to 2006. Earlier, he worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP from 1999 until 2004.

Mr. David M. Klein has been the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President and General Counsel at the company from 2016 to 2019. Earlier, Mr. Klein served as a Partner, Hospitality and Leisure Group at Dentons LLP. He was a Co-Founding Principal, a Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at NYLO Hotels. He was a Co-Founding Principal and General Counsel at Advaya Hospitality and a Partner in Hospitality and Leisure Group at Squire Sanders.
