Mr. Timothy C. McQuay has been the the Chairman of the company since 2019. Mr. McQuay has nearly 40 years of financial advisory experience. Prior to this, he held several roles including the Managing Director of Investment Banking at Noble Financial Capital Markets from 2011 to 2015; the Managing Director of Investment Banking at B. Riley & Co from 2008 to 2011; Managing Director of Investment Banking at A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc from 1997 to 2007; Partner and Managing Director of Corporate Finance at Crowell, Weedon & Co from 1995 to 1997. Mr. McQuay also served as the Vice President-Corporate Development at Kerr Group Inc from 1993 to 1994 and the Managing Director of Merchant Banking with Union Bank from 1990 to 1993.

Mr. Majdi B. Abulaban has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Group President of Global Signal and Power Solutions Segment and Senior Vice President at Aptiv PLC. Mr. Abulaban has also served as the Group President of Electronic Architecture and Global Electrical segment, President and the Senior Vice President at Aptiv Asia Pacific.

Mr. C. Timothy Trenary has been the Interim Principal Accounting Officer since Janaury 2024; Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President since 2020 for the company. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. Mr. Trenary has also served as Chief Financial Officer roles in various companoes including ProBuild Holdings, LLC, EMCON Technologies Holdings Limited, and DURA Automotive Systems, Inc.

Mr. Michael Dorah has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since March 2024. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President and President of North American of the company; Senior Vice President of Manufacturing Systems of Delphi Technologies Plc; Vice President of Operations of Chassix Inc; General Manager of Brazil of Chassix Inc; Vice President and General Manager of Brazil for Acument Global Technologies Inc; and as Vice President of Operations for Acument Global Technologies Inc. Mr. Dorah has also served in various positions with American Axle & Manufacturing Inc.

Mr. David Sherbin has been the Chief Compliance Officer, General Counsel, Seceratry and Senior Vice President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary at Aptiv PLC, Pulte Homes, Federal Mogul Corporation and Delphi Automotive. Previously, Mr. Sherbin also served as the Director of Nano Magic. Earlier, he also served as an Associate at Katten Muchin & Rosenman, and as Senior Counsel at Heller Financial.
