Mr. Charles W. Newhall, III has been the Chairman of the company since 2016. Previously, he served as a director of over 40 venture-backed companies. Mr. Newhall started several healthcare information technology companies, including TargetRx, PatientKeeper and LifeMetrix. He also serves on the board of various companies including TargetRx, Vitae Pharmaceuticals, Sensors for Medicine and Science and BrainCells Inc. Mr. NewHall is also a Chairman Emeritus of Mid-Atlantic Venture Capital Association. Previously, he also served as the Vice President of T. Rowe Price.

Mr. Jack A. Khattar has been the President, the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2005. Prior to this role, he served in various positions including Board member, President, and the Chief Executive Officer of Shire Laboratories Inc from 1999 to 2005. Previously, Mr. Khattar served as an Executive Officer and the Chairman of the Management Committee at CIMA. He also held several marketing and Business Development positions at Merck & Co., Novartis, Playtex, and Kodak in 1995.

Mr. Timothy C. Dec has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this role, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at OpGen, Inc. Prior to joining OpGen, Mr. Dec served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Clubwidesports, LLC. Before that, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Fortress International Group, Inc. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Presidio Networked Solutions and Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer of Broadwing Corporation.

Dr. Jonathan Rubin has been the Senior Vice President of Research and Development and the Chief Medical Officer of the company since 2021. He also served as the Senior Vice-President, Clinical Research and Medical Affairs of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Medical Officer of Atentiv, Inc since 2018. Before that, he served as the Clinical Consultant of Chondrial Therapeutics, Inc. Previously, he served as the Chief Medical Officer of Alcobra, Inc. Before that, he served as the Medical Director of Clinical Development and Medical Affairs at Shire Pharmaceuticals.

Dr. Padmanabh P. Bhatt has been the Chief Scientific Officer and the Senior Vice President of Intellectual Property of the company since 2012. Prior to this role, he served as the Vice President of Pharmaceutical Sciences since 2005. Before that, Mr. Bhatt served as the Vice President of Advanced Drug Delivery at Shire Laboratories Inc from 2003 to 2005; Vice President of Research and Development and the Chief Technology Officer at Point Biomedical Corporation from 2001 to 2003. He also held various positions at ALZA Corporation including Product Development Manager and a Director of Technical Development. Prior to ALZA, he held positions as research specialist and group leader of Novel Drug Delivery at Dow Corning Corporation and senior scientist at Hercon Laboratories.
