Mr. Gary R. Maharaj has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of the company since 2010. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Arizant Inc. Mr. Maharaj also served as the Vice President of Philip Adam and Associates, a product development management consulting firm, and in various management and research positions for the orthopedic implant and rehabilitation divisions of Smith & Nephew, PLC.

Ms. Susan E. Knight has been the Chairwoman of the company since 2015. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of MTS Systems Corporation. Previously, she served in various positions at Honeywell, Inc., including the Chief Financial Officer of the global Home and Building Controls division. Ms. Knight also served as a board member of Plato Learning, Inc. Currently, she is a board member of the Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation.

Mr. Timothy J. Arens has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance and Information Technology of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Director and General Manager at In Vitro Diagnostics business unit at the company from 2010 to 2011. Previously, he served as the Director of Business Development of the company. Mr. Arens also served as the Director of Research and Analysis at St. Jude Medical.

Ms. Teryl L.W. Sides has been the Senior Vice President and President of Vascular Interventions since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Product Development and Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2018. Ms. Sides also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Projectory and Vice President of Marketing and product development at Arizant Inc.
